Our Customer Service Department handles:

• New account setup;
• Administration of all existing accounts; and
• All customer service inquiries and issues.

We’ve tapped some of our most experienced employees to make this department as effective as possible.

Joselyn Torres specialize in customer service. Joselyn has been with American MediConnect since 1986. She began her career as an operator.  Joselyn has also been a supervisor and the primary person responsible for new account implementation.

Patrick & Joselyn have worked extensively in customer relations, quality assurance and training.

Patrick Day devotes his attention to business development and supervises our billing department. Patrick joined MediConnect in 1997. He is expert in our technological capabilities.
