Here's how event registration works

You provide MediConnect with a list of available dates and times for the event. (Or log in on our secure server and manage the information independently.) We program this information into our customized medical appointment scheduler.

Then, you advertise the seminar or event using your Web site, e-mail list or local newspaper, using a telephone number that we assign to you. As the calls come in, we follow a customized script developed especially to collect the type of information you need. If desired, we can pre-screen the callers, registering only those who meet designated criteria. (More about: customized scripting or pre-screening...)

Inbound registration calls can be routed to American MediConnect's healthcare-trained operators or to our automated Interactive Voice Response system.

Outbound registration calls also can be made. Simply provide us with a database of your patients and we'll call to invite them to your event. The call can begin with live operator, is then transfer to IVR, where the caller could hear a prerecorded description of the event and register by automated response.
