How does it work?

The oncall schedule for your office is maintained on MediConnect's computer system, which is linked to the Internet via a secure connection.

When you need to update your oncall schedule, you simply use Internet Explorer or Netscape to gain direct access to MediConnect's system.

You enter your information onscreen, and it's immediately available to the operators at MediConnect.

Security

Although you gain access to your account over the Internet, the Information that you enter into the On-Call Scheduler is available only to authorized personnel in your office and at MediConnect.

You must use your personal security code to get into your account. The system keeps track of what person entered which piece of information, creating an audit trail that can be followed in the event of a problem.
