The American MediConnect telephony system is based on state-of-the-art CTI telephone system, running the latest upgrade. The switch is web and ISDN-compatible.

Our telephone vendor provides us with multiple inbound T1 lines for maximum flexibility in routing.

In addition to keeping hardware and software up to date, we also add call-handling capacity as needed, via our network of call centers in various geographic locations throughout North America. This allows for smooth load balancing for projects and clients of varying sizes.

Advertising Response Call Center

For example, a number of our medical answering service clients retain us to handle advertising response calls. Our scalable system is able to handle advertising spikes, as well as weather and other conditions that may adversely affect call processing in a single physical facility.
